EBook Launch: Tuesday, March 18th!

It’s time!!! After years of developing the No-BS OKRs methodology and writing and producing this book, "You Are A Strategist" is ready to make its way into the world.

This guide will help coordinate this amazing community of early readers, reviewers, and supporters to create maximum impact on launch day. Your help in amplifying this message means everything — not just for sales numbers, but for reaching the people who most need these tools to unlock their strategic thinking and make the impact they're capable of.

Question: “How can I help?”

Answer: However you are most comfortable!

Your support means the world to me, and I'm incredibly grateful to have you here as "You Are A Strategist" makes its debut.

The most powerful way to help this book reach the people who need it most is through authentic word-of-mouth from trusted voices like yours. Every share, review, and recommendation helps put these strategic frameworks into the hands of analytical thinkers, unconventional leaders, and square pegs everywhere who are ready to translate their vision into action.

Here's how you can help amplify this phase of the launch:

A little more on that last point — if you listen to a podcast or are a fan of a blogger or content creator who you think might be a good fit for helping get the word out, look for a chance to mention the book to them (or let me know who you think I should reach out to). We’re doing active media, influencer, and content creator outreach to help get the word out and I would love to hear your ideas!

If you have questions, or think of anything I haven’t, please drop me a note. Thank you so much for your support!!!

Q: “Do pre-orders help boost the book’s ‘bestseller’ chances?”

A: Not on Amazon!

Amazon changed their algorithm, so book sales on launch day — Tuesday, March 18th — will be the most helpful to help the eBook perform as highly as possible in its categories. If you miss launch day, purchase help anytime!

Q: “When will the print books be available?”

A: Soon, but we don’t have a print date yet.

We have nearly final files for the print editions, but we still have to wait for print preview copies, so it’ll be awhile yet — if you’re on the launch list, I’ll keep you posted on when to expect the print release, and then audiobook is also in the works!

Q: “Do you have a media kit with more information about you and the book?”

A: Yes! You can see it here.

Q: “Can you give me a quick description of the book?”

A: Yes!

"You Are A Strategist" transforms complex strategic planning into a clear, practical approach for anyone who sees how things could be better but struggles to make change happen. This pragmatic book reveals how you can translate your unique vision into measurable impact—regardless of your title or thinking style—through her Connected Strategic Framework and No-BS Objectives and Key Results methodology. Whether you're leading a team or working to create change from any seat in an organization, you'll learn how to create clear expectations, build meaningful alignment, and achieve real results without getting lost in workplace politics or endless discussion. This isn't another theoretical strategy book but a step-by-step guide that works for everyone, especially those who process information differently or feel like square pegs in traditional business environments. Your ability to see what others miss isn't a liability—it's your strategic advantage, and this book gives you the tools to bring your big ideas to life.
